• No pets are allowed on the property, including visiting animals. • No smoking or vaping (tobacco, marijuana, or e-cigarettes) is allowed anywhere on the property. If you need to smoke, please do so off the property, either at the sidewalk or in designated smoking areas if applicable. • No events or parties are allowed. • Guests under 18 years of age (including children and infants under 2) are not allowed. • Only registered guests are permitted at the property. No unregistered overnight guests or third-party bookings without prior host approval. • Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 07:00 (7:00 AM). Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors and community. • Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur a fee. Unauthorized late check-out will result in additional charges. • Please report any damages or spills immediately so we can address them promptly. • Take care of the property and treat it as you would your own home. Please keep it clean and tidy during your stay. • Lock all doors and vehicles whenever you leave the property. • The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, or parking violations during your stay. • Please be respectful to our neighbors at all times.
