Smoking is only permitted off the property, such as at the sidewalk or designated smoking areas in multi-family complexes. • No events or parties are permitted at any time. • No infants under 2 years old. Children are welcome. • Please ensure all overnight guests are registered with your booking. No unregistered overnight guests or third-party bookings without prior approval. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to normal conversation levels and avoid playing loud music or causing disturbances during these hours—be respectful of our neighbors and community at all times. • Treat the home with care. Take out trash regularly and notify the host of any damages or spills during your stay. • For everyone’s peace of mind, please lock all doors and vehicles, and observe all local parking regulations. • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, or parking violations.
