Smoking is only permitted off the property, such as on the sidewalk or in designated smoking areas. • No events or parties are allowed. • Infants (under 2 years old) are not permitted. • Children are welcome. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time to respect our neighbors. • No loud music or disturbances at any time—please be considerate of those living nearby. • Please treat our home with care and respect, just as you would your own. • Report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them for you and future guests. • Take out trash regularly to help keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.
