• No smoking or vaping (tobacco or marijuana) anywhere on the property. Smoking is allowed only off the property, either at the sidewalk or in designated smoking areas if applicable. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay. • Guests & Events: • All guests must verify their ID via the booking platform or directly with the host prior to arrival. • No unregistered overnight guests or third-party bookings are allowed without prior approval. • No events or parties. • Check-In/Out: • Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM. • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur a $25–$50 fee. • Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $50 (up to 30 minutes late) and a full nightly rate for stays over 2 hours past check-out time. • Noise & Neighbors: • Keep noise to normal conversation levels at all times. • Quiet hours are from 9 PM (21:00) to 8 AM (08:00). • No loud music or disturbances—please respect our neighbors and community. • Pets, Trash & Damages: • All pets staying in the home must be approved and disclosed at the time of booking. • Take out trash regularly during your stay. • Report any damages or stains (including on linens or upholstery) to the host immediately. • General Care & Safety: • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost/stolen items, or parking violations during your stay. • Lock all doors and vehicles when not in use. • Security Cameras: • Exterior cameras are in place for guest safety and property protection. • Tampering with or unplugging any exterior security devices may lead to cancellation of your reservation without refund.
