The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your lease. All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. - No smoking of any kind including E cigs is permitted in the house. Will Result in a $500.00 FINE - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Please don't access storage. This will result in a $500 fine. - Please lock the front door and back door. including all the windows every time you leave. - Please only flush the toilet paper. Anything else please put them in the trash can. Otherwise, it can cause clogging for the whole sewer system, and we will ask you for repair. - Please dont wipe make-up products on linens. We will ask you to pay for the new one - Please dont rearrange any furniture in the house. There will be an extra fee to rearrange them again. - Please watch your kids, and valuable things and make sure they wont be in the house unattended. We will not be responsible for any injury/ loss during your stay. - Anything emergency, please call 911 Good Neighbor Policy. Because the Property is a privately owned home, all Occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy: - Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. - Please do not track mud in our home there is a place to put your shoes when you first enter our home. - To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out. - You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. - You and other Occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property. Animals/Pets: We accept assistance animals in line with Nondiscrimination Policy. No pets without host permission and fees paid. Events; Commercial Photography; Structures; Charcoal Grills. Parties and other events are prohibited at the Property. Commercial photography and filming are also prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. No tents or other structures may be erected on the property. Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Propertys internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay. - Mail is not allowed to be used as a personal residents at this location. There is a post office 1 mile away if you need to get a PO Box -Packages can be delivered from Amazon, Walmart, Uber eats etc, is allowed Visitors and Guests -Only guests listed on the pre-arrival form are permitted to stay overnight. -Any extra overnight visitors will have to pay an extra fee. -The number of total guests cannot exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on the property. -All guests and visitors are the responsibility of the primary booking guest and must comply with all house rules. Compliance (Failure to comply with the house rules may result in a termination of the reservation and all guests may be evicted for not adhering to our house rules)

The whole house is available besides a locked closet and out door storage area that has a lock on it.
