Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows). Host Rights & Guest Obligations: Non-disturbance required. Host may inspect/cancel for violations (all payments forfeited). Guest indemnifies Host against all claims/injuries from use. Cancellation per Airbnb policy.

• No smoking or vaping (tobacco or marijuana) anywhere on the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so off the property at the sidewalk or in designated areas, if available. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay. • Pets are not allowed at any time. • No events or parties are permitted. • Infants (under 2 years old) are not allowed. Children are welcome. • All guests must verify their ID through the booking platform or directly with the host. • No unregistered overnight guests or third-party bookings without prior approval. • Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an extra fee per the listing's policy. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to normal conversation levels at all times, and refrain from playing loud music or causing disturbances. Respect our neighbors and the local community. • Please take out the trash regularly and keep the property tidy during your stay. • Report any damages, spills, or stains to the host as soon as possible. • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost/stolen items, or parking violations.
